E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited almost instantaneously following payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during standard banking hours. Processing times may be extended during public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and national holidays observed in Indonesia.
You must ensure that all funds deposited into your pgs77 Account originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name and that you are the lawful owner of those funds. Deposits from payment sources belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds at pgs77's discretion.

The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets are not permitted under any circumstances and will be declined. pgs77 reserves the right to require successful completion of KYC verification before releasing any withdrawal. Members are advised to complete KYC proactively to avoid delays when requesting their first withdrawal.
Funds credited to a Member's Account as part of a bonus promotion may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting rollover conditions will result in the forfeiture of outstanding bonus balances.
